We are seeking Junior Desktop Engineers - Entry level across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane locations.

About the Role:

Provide in person TechBar support to end users, troubleshooting device and application issues while ensuring a smooth workplace technology experience. This is a fully onsite role requiring presence at the client office five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide walk up TechBar support for hardware software and access issues

  • Troubleshoot Windows and Mac device issues

  • Support device setup onboarding and replacements

  • Assist with Microsoft 365 Teams Outlook and VPN tools

  • Perform incident triage using ServiceNow or similar tools

  • Coordinate with backend teams for escalations

  • Maintain asset tracking and documentation

  • Support meeting room technology when required

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely resolution

Required Skills:

  • 1 year of experience in Desktop Support roles. Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting

  • Basic MacOS troubleshooting exposure

  • Active Directory user management

  • Microsoft 365 familiarity

  • Hardware troubleshooting for laptops and peripherals

  • Strong communication and customer handling


Additional Requirements:
Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens or Australian Permanent Residents only.

On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
