Northern Star Resources is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Subiaco based corporate team on a permanent full-time basis, working Monday to Friday. This role supports both corporate and site-based operations and offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term IT career within a collaborative and technically skilled team.

Here is what awaits you.

  • Deliver friendly, responsive IT support to employees and contractors via the Service Desk
  • Monitor, resolve and escalate IT incidents and service requests in line within a timely manner and escalated as required.
  • Troubleshoot end‑user computing issues (desktops, laptops, networks, printers, mobiles, and common business applications)
  • Manage user accounts, access changes, and terminations across systems
  • Plan and deliver small IT projects including hardware refreshes and application upgrades
  • Procure, manage, and securely decommission IT hardware, software, and data
  • Maintain system security, documentation, dashboards, and asset registers in line with company standards
  • Undertake other duties as required

To thrive in this role, you will need.

Experience: Minimum one year of Level 1 IT support experience is required across end‑user environments including Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra and Adobe Acrobat, with mining or complex remote‑site experience highly regarded.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot and prioritise under pressure, and a proactive, professional approach to improving system performance, security and reliability.

Qualifications: A degree majoring in computer studies from a recognised tertiary institution, or demonstrated equivalent work experience, is required. ITIL certification and/or experience working within an ITIL framework is desirable.
