Full job description

We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused IT Support Officer at our Perth Osborne Park office to help keep our workplace technology running smoothly. You’ll support users, troubleshoot everyday issues, maintain devices and systems, and contribute to a secure and dependable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support key business applications: M365 suite, MS Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID.
  • Troubleshoot PCs, printers, email, Wi-Fi and connectivity problems.
  • Set up and maintain devices, applications and user accounts.
  • Manage passwords, permissions and basic access requests.
  • Log, track and resolve support tickets.
  • Assist with new-starter setups and device provisioning.
  • Escalate more complex issues when required.
  • Maintain IT documentation, equipment records and asset inventory.

What We’re Looking For

  • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, hardware and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar business platforms.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of basic cybersecurity and access controls.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Organised, dependable and willing to learn.
  • Help-desk or ticketing-system experience is an advantage.
