Job Description:
Key Duties:
- Support users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Handle password resets and user account management (Active Directory)
- Assist with basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
- Log, track, and update tickets using ITSM tools
- Perform system setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with IT hardware and troubleshooting
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
Good to Have:
- IT qualification (Diploma/Degree in IT or related field)
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and VPN
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)
