IT Systems & Support Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Bayswater, WA

We are a growing WA-based manufacturing business seeking a practical, hands-on IT person to support and improve our internal systems.

We have used external IT support for many years, but we are now looking for someone who can develop a deeper understanding of our business and systems, provide faster support, and help guide future improvements.

This is a flexible part-time role with long-term potential as the business expands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day IT support across office and factory operations
  • Troubleshooting hardware, network, and user issues
  • Assisting with hardware upgrades and system improvements
  • Helping management better utilise technology across the business
  • Supporting reliable and efficient business operations

We are also interested in someone who:

  • Has broader interest in systems, automation, software, or AI tools
  • Enjoys improving how businesses operate through technology
  • Likes solving practical real-world problems

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong practical IT troubleshooting skills
  • Good understanding of hardware, networks, and business systems
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Good communication with non-technical staff
  • Positive and practical mindset

Nice to have (not essential):
