Key Responsibilities

• Hardware & Software Support: Install, configure, and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Incident Management: Triage, prioritize, and resolve helpdesk tickets or escalate complex issues to higher-tier IT teams.
• User Assistance: Guide employees through technical problems in person, over the phone, or via remote support tools.
• Account Administration: Manage user accounts, password resets, and permission groups using services like Active Directory or Office 365.
• Documentation: Record troubleshooting steps and maintain internal knowledge base
• Help with onsite Infrastructure servers , Palo alto Firewall / Firewalls /cyber securiy
• Hand on experience is a must

Pay: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sydney NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Desktop support: 2 years (Preferred)
