Full job description

About the role

The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of remote, onsite, telephone and email support to customers. You will be responsible for solving complex business wide IT networking and infrastructure issues for our 900 plus TMHA staff members. You may also work on exciting IT projects from time to time.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and assistance to users across the TMHA group
  • Monitoring and escalating issues impacting services, systems, and networks
  • Provide assistance to administer, support and maintain IT infrastructure including PC’s, tablets, phones, laptops, printer, servers and networking infrastructure
  • Onboarding and termination of user accounts
  • Provide assistance on IT projects when require

Please note this role is based at our Head Office in Moorebank, NSW 5 days per week.

Skills and experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT (preferred)

  • Experience working in large complex organisations.


  • Knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM and Intune) including Windows Defender preferably in medium to large environments.


  • Knowledge and experience Scripting with VBScript, PowerShell and WMI.


  • Experience supporting/managing workstation and server management platforms, OS Image deployment and maintenance, software, and patch deployment.


  • Experience in Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, Group Policies, WSUS, VCenter and Office 365 (Azure AD, Teams, Exchange Online)


  • Experience in the support/management of IOS and Android endpoints


  • Experience in the support/management of Dell and Lenovo hardware
