In this role, you will support the administrative and operational functions through the provision of quality service related to the processing of camera-detected and transport offences and issuing of infringement notices. You will also investigate, review and take appropriate action on client enquiries received through various channels, ensuring compliance with legislation and delivering a positive client experience.

- Processing of fines related documentation.
- Drafting and reviewing of fines correspondence.
- Providing information to clients both verbally and in writing.

- Experience in high-volume workplaces.
- Proven experience managing your own workload to meet individual and team targets.
- The ability to achieve client centric outcomes within business guidelines or policy frameworks.
- A commitment to engage and contribute towards a constructive culture.
