We're excited to welcome a Informatics Officer to our Clinical Information Services team.

Key Responsibilities include:
Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
Perform Data Maintenance and support of clinical records and systems, including investigation and resolution of system issues across SCHHS, by providing specialised subject matter expertise, support and timely advice relating to ieMR and HBCIS. Manage and monitor workflow and achieve priorities to meet service objectives.
Perform complex data maintenance for ieMR and HBCIS including merging of patient records in HBCIS and the associated data management within ieMR.

Remuneration value up to $117 603 p.a., comprising salary between $93 556 - $103 074 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
