Pickers & Packers – Immediate Start

Casual | $32–$34 per hour | 8-hour shifts

Looking for hands-on warehouse work with consistent hours and a supportive team?

Flexi Talent is seeking reliable, motivated Pickers & Packers to join our client’s warehouse team in South East Melbourne. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates.

About the role

  • Pick and pack orders accurately.
  • Check products and quantities against order requirements.
  • Label and prepare orders for dispatch.
  • Assemble and wrap pallets as required.
  • Assist with stock movement and general warehouse duties.
  • Keep work areas clean, safe and organised.

What you’ll need

  • Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience preferred.
  • RF scanner experience is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • The ability to carry out manual handling tasks safely.
  • Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Australian work rights.
