Full job description

The Manager, Workforce reports to the Executive Manager, Business Services and is responsible for leading the People stream to ensure the effective delivery of human resource (HR) and health and safety services. The role is responsible for the provision of advice, leadership and support to regional management on a broad range of contemporary HR issues, contributing to the effective management and development of the regional workforce.

The Manager, Workforce will provide a high level of support to the regional management team in delivering organisational reform outcomes; contributing to the overall future direction of the QAS and ensuring quality, timely and appropriate pre-hospital care and transport services are provided to the Queensland community within the region.
