About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who is passionate about customer service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Lead, train, and supervise front and back-of-house staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
  • Manage staff rosters and daily scheduling
  • Monitor inventory and place stock orders
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health regulations
  • Drive sales and maintain profitability targets
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations and food safety standards
  • Full Australian work rights

Preferred

  • Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management
  • Experience managing high-volume restaurants
