Lone Star Rib House Marsden Park is opening soon, and we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our opening team.

This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who wants more than just another management role. You will be part of building the culture, setting the standards and creating a restaurant that guests want to come back to.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead a team and understands what it takes to run a successful restaurant.

About the role:

  • Take ownership of the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Lead, train and develop a strong hospitality team
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through great service and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards across food, service and cleanliness
  • Manage rostering, labour costs and operational performance
  • Be hands-on during service and support the team when it matters most
  • Help establish systems and culture during the opening phase

About you:
