Restaurant Manager | Creative Fine Dining | $125K Package

JRM Hospitality is partnering with one of Sydney's most respected chef-owned restaurants to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager.

Known for its imaginative approach to modern dining, this venue delivers a refined yet playful guest experience where technical precision, creativity and theatrical flair come together. Every menu is thoughtfully curated to surprise and delight, making it a destination for both passionate diners and hospitality professionals alike.

Working directly alongside the Chef/Owner, you'll be a visible leader on the floor, setting the standard for service while mentoring and developing a talented front-of-house team. Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll also have the opportunity to be involved in exclusive collaborations, pop-ups and brand activations as the business continues to grow its profile both locally and abroad.

The Role

  • Lead a passionate front-of-house team, delivering polished, engaging and memorable service.
  • Work closely with the Chef/Owner to maintain the restaurant's high standards and unique guest experience.
  • Drive service through hands-on leadership, coaching and continual team development.
  • Create a culture built around professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality.
  • Oversee daily operations, reservations and floor management to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with exclusive events, brand collaborations and pop-up activations.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while continually looking for ways to elevate the guest experience.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior leader within a premium dining environment.
  • Michelin-starred or internationally recognised restaurant experience will be highly regarded.
  • A refined, hands-on leader who enjoys developing people and leading by example.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a genuine passion for exceptional hospitality.
  • Calm under pressure with outstanding organisational and communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences and building high-performing teams.
  • Sponsorship is available for an exceptional international candidate.
