About the Role

You'll be solely responsible for the day-to-day operation of our award-winning waterfront restaurant while working closely with our leadership team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during lunch and dinner service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
  • Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members.
  • Manage staff rosters and labour costs.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain food safety, workplace health and safety, and venue compliance.
  • Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues.
  • Drive team performance and create a positive workplace culture.
