Full job description

Veranda Indian Rouse Hill, located in Rouse Hill Town Centre is hiring an entry level kitchen team member.

Who are we

An Indian restaurant like no other! We specialise in regional Indian cuisine and promote lesser known dishes from different states of India. We make most things in-house ourselves and take great pride in our work, culture, food & our service. We are located in Rouse Hill Town Centre.

What are we looking for

A reliable person who can take handle responsibilities and helps the team when needed. Weekend availability is a must!

- Successful applicants will be called for a trial shift. The trial shift will be 3 hours. It will be unpaid but a free meal wil be provided. We are looking if you can handle 3 hours of continuous work in our kitchen.

- Depending on your availability and the business needs, you will start your 1st shift ASAP.

What does your shift look like

- Shift usually starts around 6pm and finishes around 11 pm.

- Dishwashing is the primary task of the role. We have a very modern and advanced machine which means the task is very easy.

- General cleaning and organizing of the dishwashing area, pantry area and fridge.

- Assist the team with closing tasks and leave with everyone else at the end of the day.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
