Job Description


Our Crew members are the life blood of GYG. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders, rolling burritos, re-stocking the fridges, completing basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning other roles across the team. You’ll get exposure to every aspect of what goes into running a busy fast-food business.

Experience is helpful, but it’s not everything. What we mean is:

  • Experience in hospitality venues or fast paced environments is great but not essential
  • You’re open to coaching, eager to learn and ready to put in the effort
  • ‘Can do’ attitude and can be relied upon to follow through
