Now Hiring: Indian Cook / Kitchenhand

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Indian Cook / Kitchenhand to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing authentic Indian dishes.
  • Help with food preparation, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as required.
  • Assist the chef during busy service periods.
  • Follow food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Support with receiving and storing stock.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Indian kitchen is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and basic cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
