Job description

We are looking for a qualified Cook with at least two year's cooking experience in Indian cuisine

Roles:

  • Cooking food for Function Centre & Outdoor Catering.
  • Preparing ingredients and cooking sauces
  • Have knowledge of Menu planning
  • Ensure food safety and maintains hygiene
  • Have the experience and capacity to train new cook and kitchen staff

Australian citizens and permanent residents preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 70k to 80K per year depending on experience
