WE’RE HIRING – NEW INDIAN RESTAURANT IN ASCOT VALE!

We’re excited to be opening a new restaurant in Ascot Vale, Melbourne, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate team members to join us!

We have opportunities available for the following positions:

Bartenders

  • Experience in preparing cocktails, serving drinks, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of beverages and responsible service of alcohol (RSA).
  • A friendly attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Wait Staff

  • Welcoming guests and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Kitchen Hands

  • Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation and general kitchen duties.
  • Washing dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and following food safety standards.
  • Being organised, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Trading Hours: Evening service only, Tuesday to Sunday. Location: Ascot Vale, VIC.

What we’re looking for:

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for all roles.
  • Availability to work evenings, including weekends.
