Full job description

Ingu is an upcoming South Indian restaurant located in Rouse Hill. As we scale up our business, we are looking for an experienced kitchen hand.

In this role you will:

1. Ensure everything is setup & ready in the kitchen before business starts.

2. During service, you will help the cook with food preparation, plating the food and sending it out for FOH staff.

3. You will help with packing takeaways and food delivery orders.

4. After the close of session, you will help cleaning the dishes and wrap up the kitchen.

You will maintain good personal hygiene and follow all health safety guidelines.

We also welcome applications from cooks who have experience in cooking South Indian dishes.

Required Shifts:

Friday - 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Saturday - 9:00AM - 12:00 PM & 5:00PM - 9:00PM

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
