The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chef, or Cook with experience in Bangladeshi/Indian cuisine to join our team. Whether you're ready to lead the kitchen or contribute as a key team member, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding food and maintaining our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and efficiency
  • Manage food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory control
  • Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Assist with ordering, prep planning, and kitchen organisation

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a chef or cooking role
  • Experience in grill-based cooking, including kebabs, skewers, kofta, BBQ, or similar styles
  • Experiences in cooking indian/ Bangladeshi style Curries.
  • Strong understanding of Indian, Bangladeshi, or Middle Eastern flavours and cooking techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards

Highly Regarded Skills

  • Experience with seekh kebabs, charcoal cooking, grilled meats, or mandi preparation
  • Knowledge of kitchen systems, prep planning, and workflow management
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for helping build a growing hospitality brand
