WE’RE HIRING – PUNJAB SWEETS, TRUGANINA

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic people to join our vegetarian Indian restaurant team.

Vegetarian Curry Chef

  • Prepare a wide range of Indian vegetarian curries, dals, gravies and other dishes.
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
  • Previous experience in an Indian restaurant kitchen required.

Tandoori Chef

  • Prepare naan, roti, kulcha and vegetarian tandoori dishes.
  • Manage the tandoor efficiently during busy service periods.

Tandoor Worker / Assistant

  • Assist with dough preparation, making naan and roti, and operating the tandoor.
  • Previous tandoor experience preferred.

Kitchen Hand

  • Assist with vegetable preparation and general kitchen duties.
  • Wash dishes, utensils and equipment.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organised and support the chefs.

Front-of-House Staff

  • Welcome customers, take orders, process payments and pack takeaway orders.
  • Keep the counter and dining area clean and presentable.
  • Friendly communication and good customer service skills essential.
