About The Role

Our 12-month Traineeship Operator program is your gateway to a career filled with innovation and growth. Work alongside industry leaders, kickstarting your professional journey within Thiess. Through our comprehensive training program, you'll build the skills and confidence needed to deliver quality results.

Successful applicants must hold a current open driver's licence.

Are you:

  • Eager to join the mining industry and looking for the right pathway to get started?

  • 18 years or older?

  • A holder of a current, unrestricted driver’s licence? (learner licences not accepted)

  • You will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test, medical assessments, national police history checks and other screening processes such as aptitude and work safety tests.
