About the role

The Senior Wellbeing Engagement Officer (SWEO) position is one of the most dynamic roles across the department. Your ability to influence across teams, Senior Education Improvement Leaders, external organisations and schools,' enables a problem solving, positive approach using policy and practice as your framework for decision making. The SWEO role works closely with the Community Liaison Officers, Koorie Education Support Officers, Senior Education Improvement Leaders and has an important function in collaborating with Student Support Services.

If you love a role with a mix of complex case support through facilitating Team Around the Learner, project development focused on attendance and collaborative consultation models with DFFH then this is the role for you.

Desirables

Ideally the successful applicant will have extensive knowledge and experience supporting child and adolescent development.
