Role Type: Permanent
Role Location: 80 Ann Street, Brisbane QLD 4000
Work Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)

Focus: Weekend and evening shifts (up to 10 PM)

Training Requirement

Full training attendance is required to build your skills before moving into your evening and weekend shifts.

Training period: 19 October 2026 to 20 November 2026
Training hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Roster Options – Full Time
Shifts run within set start windows and are approximately 8 hours, offering a balance of consistency and flexibility to help you plan your day with ease.

Start Windows
Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM start window (8H)
Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM start window (8H)

Evening Coverage Requirement
Availability is required for shifts finishing as late as 10 PM, scheduled in line with operational needs

What will your day look like?

As a Banking Consultant, you will:

• Answer inbound calls and support everyday banking enquiries
• Put customers first with clear, empathetic service
• Own the outcome and resolve customer needs end-to-end
• Deliver with excellence in every interaction
• Work as one in a collaborative team

What will you bring?

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence using technology and systems
• Positive, resilient, team-focused mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• Availability for evenings & weekends
• No banking experience needed – full training provided
