Expression of Interest: Data Analytics Opportunities
We're seeking expressions of interest from talented analytics professionals for a range of upcoming opportunities across the below role types:
Opportunities Include:
-
Customer Insights Analyst – leveraging customer and behavioural data to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and influence customer experience and strategic decision-making.
-
Digital Sales Analyst – focused on digital acquisition, conversion optimisation, experimentation, and performance analysis to drive online sales outcomes.
-
Campaign Data Analyst – partnering with marketing teams to deliver campaign analytics, measure effectiveness, optimise targeting, and improve customer engagement.
-
Customer Strategy Analyst – combining analytical insights with strategic thinking to support customer growth, retention, and commercial outcomes.
These roles sit within high-performing, data-led teams that use analytics to drive customer engagement, commercial performance and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Do
-
Analyse large and complex customer, campaign and digital datasets to uncover actionable insights and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
-
Develop, maintain and optimise SQL queries, data tables and analytical datasets to support reporting, performance tracking and business decision-making.
-
Measure campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour and digital sales performance, providing recommendations that improve customer and commercial outcomes.
-
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, customer and strategy teams to understand business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions.
-
Translate complex data into clear insights and compelling recommendations that influence strategy, customer experience and business performance.
What We're Looking For
-
Exceptional SQL skills, with the ability to independently extract, manipulate and analyse data from large and complex datasets.
-
Experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Campaign Data Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, Digital Sales Analyst, Customer Strategy Analyst or similar.
-
Proven capability in data preparation, reporting, campaign analytics, customer analytics and performance measurement.
-
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a passion for turning data into meaningful business insights.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work autonomously and contribute from day one.
These opportunities offer exceptional stakeholder exposure, the chance to influence customer and commercial outcomes, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where data is at the heart of decision-making.
As SQL is a core requirement, candidates should be comfortable demonstrating their technical capability through a brief SQL assessment during the recruitment process.
