- Provide oversight and support to the design and delivery of change initiatives across workstreams, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift.
- Design and execute the AI adoption strategy aligned with the firm's AI goals including impact assessments, roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
- Support the planning, sequencing, and integration of change activities across strategy, design, and implementation phases.
- Develop compelling communications through storytelling, success stories and use cases that build trust, reduce fear and demonstrate the tangible value of AI.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting adoption, advising on mitigation strategies and course corrections.
- Support engagement with senior stakeholders and executives by preparing insights, materials, and recommendations that enable effective sponsorship and decision‑making.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide leadership with data-driven insights.
- Work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams to enable delivery of change outcomes, sustain long-term adoption, provide clarity, guidance, and problem‑solving support.
What we’re looking for:
Core skills
- 3–7 years' experience in people-focused change management, communications or enablement, ideally in technology-driven change.
- Excellent communicator and influencer, able to simplify complexity and drive alignment.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders and build trusted, credible working relationships.
- Flexible, pragmatic problem solver with a proven ability to navigate organisational complexity.
- Outcome-focused and growth-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability for impact and delivery.
- Experience contributing to capability uplift and training that helps teams build new skills.
Desirable skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technology, with the curiosity to keep learning about AI tools and trends.
- Ability to bring together a firmwide change plan with flexibility to accommodate specific needs.
- An inclusive, empathetic team member who prioritises employee experience and engagement.
- A learning and global mindset to continually adapt, adopting global strategies and knowledge to assist local execution.
