The Role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being on the phone and engaging with customers to generate new opportunities.

As part of our Inside Sales team, you’ll focus on outbound calling, lead generation and appointment setting, supporting our sales team to convert opportunities into results.

This is an ideal role for someone with experience in call centres, phone-based sales, or customer-facing roles who is looking to build a long-term career in sales.

This role is a strong pathway into Account Management or Business Development for those who are driven and perform well. We provide a competitive salary based on market rates and quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Generate leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Follow up marketing campaigns and warm leads
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Support the sales team through ongoing phone-based engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in outbound calling, call centre, or phone-based sales
  • Experience in lead generation or appointment setting (highly regarded)
  • Confident communicator who enjoys talking to customers
  • Resilient and motivated in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Strong phone presence, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and an interest in professional development
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and services in simple terms
  • Desire to be a part of a team
  • Familiarity with printer solutions, managed services, or cloud technologies (Advantageous)
