Description of the role: We’re seeking a 2026 graduate to join our Restructuring & Insolvency team in 2027. In this role you’ll work with businesses facing financial challenges, crafting innovative solutions to restore stability and drive positive change. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business turnaround, risk analysis, and stakeholder management.

What makes you ‘just right’:
  • You have completed/are completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar discipline with a major in Accounting or you have completed a Bachelor's degree in Law
  • You have a desire to further your education by pursuing CA and ARITA qualifications – we’ll support this with financial assistance and mentoring opportunities

What your day might look like:
  • Prepare reports for creditors.
  • Trade-on management, including preparing of budgets and forecasts.
  • Investigating, analysing and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs.
  • Sales of property, plant and equipment.
  • Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings.
  • Preparing insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions.
  • Liaising with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines.
  • Internal cash management and record keeping.
  • Exposure to many different industries and diverse groups of people.
