Are you an ILS/IPS professional ready for your next opportunity - or open to something more flexible?

  • We are seeking ILS Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to support current and upcoming client opportunities across defence, maritime, aerospace, rail, transport, energy, infrastructure, and other complex asset environments.
  • These opportunities may suit professionals with experience in supportability analysis, logistic support analysis, support system design, through-life support planning, and sustainment. Engagements may be contract, PAYG, project-based, or longer term depending on client needs.

About the role

You may be involved in:

  • developing and managing ILS plans, support concepts, and support system deliverables
  • conducting or contributing to LSA, LORA, FMECA, RAM, and Life Cycle Cost analysis
  • defining maintenance, spares, provisioning, training, and technical data requirements
  • supporting acquisition, transition into service, and through-life sustainment activities
  • preparing and reviewing ILS contract deliverables, reports, and recommendations
  • working with engineering, project, supply chain, and customer teams to deliver supportable capability

We are looking for people with experience in one or more of the following:

  • ILS within defence, maritime, aerospace, rail, transport, or similar complex asset sectors
  • ASDEFCON support requirements, DEF(AUST) standards, and Mission System and Support System delivery
  • ASD S-Series specifications such as S3000L and S1000D, or legacy standards such as MIL-STD-1388
  • supportability analysis, LSAR data, and logistics product development
  • using tools such as OmegaPS, Isograph, SAP, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • working effectively with technical, project, and customer stakeholders

Australian citizenship and a current Baseline or NV1 security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, are advantageous for many roles.
