Disability Support Workers – 25+ Hours Per Week

LifeChoices Support | Immediate Start Available

Are you passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives?

LifeChoices Support is looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. You’ll provide meaningful, person-centred support in our homes and in participants’ own homes.

This is a rewarding opportunity for people who genuinely want to make a difference and build positive relationships with the people they support.

About the role

You will assist participants with their individual support needs while promoting choice, independence, dignity and wellbeing.

We offer 25+ hours per week, with an immediate start available for the right candidates.

You must be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including:

  • Early mornings
  • Afternoons and evenings
  • Weekends
  • Sleepovers
  • Split shifts

Essential requirements

Applicants will need:

  • Current WWVP Card
  • Current Police Check
  • Current Medication Certification
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Completed NDIS Modules
  • Current Driver’s Licence

A Certificate in Disability Support or related qualification will be highly regarded.

Lived experience is also valued and can provide an important perspective when supporting participants.
