Project Architect
DesignInc is an association of independent, multi-disciplinary design practices with studios in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin,
Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney. Our purpose is to make a positive difference in every environment we shape. We believe that

The Role
In this role you will:
‒ Manage projects from concept design through to construction.
‒ Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships via proactive communication skills.
‒ Contribute to the ongoing development and mentoring of other staff members.
‒ Assist and lead with the production of construction documentation in Revit.
‒ Build your professional relationships by working within collaborative project teams.
‒ Work across and gain experience within multiple sectors such as Education, Health, Defence, Community and Recreation.
‒ Have the opportunity to work on local, regional, and national projects of differing scales.
Your Skills + Experience
‒ Have been Registered for a minimum of 4 years.
‒ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
‒ Degree/Master qualifications in Architecture.
‒ Proficiency using Revit, Enscape, Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
‒ Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate small to medium sized project teams.
‒ Willingness to work as part of a large project team when required, and the ability to also work autonomously.
‒ Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
‒ A sound understanding of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards.
