Join an organisation with an unbreakable belief that quality education, training and research should be available to everyone – regardless of background, location or life circumstances.
Working at CQUniversity
The CQUniversity Health Clinic is seeking an organised, proactive, and service-focused Receptionist to support the delivery of high‑quality front‑of‑house and administrative services. In this varied role, you will manage reception duties, coordinate appointments for multiple clinicians, maintain accurate patient records, and support billing. You’ll also contribute to purchasing and accounts administration, oversee stock and asset management, maintain registers and clinical documentation, and assist with developing manuals, SOPs and marketing materials. You will also assist with orienting new staff and students to clinic procedures and basic equipment, supporting their understanding of day‑to‑day operational requirements while maintaining efficient and compliant clinic workflows.
We are seeking to fill this position as soon as possible, and the successful candidate will need to be available to commence promptly. If you are motivated, professional and ready to contribute to a busy health‑clinic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Organisational skills and ability to use initiative, prioritise workload, and work autonomously to meet deadlines without compromising the quality of output.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise and advise a broad range of clients at all levels and deal with difficult, complex procedural matters.
Proven ability to deliver professional client service and resolve administrative or client-related issues with minimal supervision.
