Description

SASMAR is a global personal care and fertility products company best known for its Conceive Plus brand. Operating within the pharmaceuticals sector, the company distributes its products in more than 70 countries through retail, pharmacy, clinic, and hospital channels. This is an opportunity to join a business with broad international reach and play a meaningful part in supporting access to products across diverse markets.

As Country Registrations Officer, you will help support the regulatory activities that enable product registrations across international markets. This role is well suited to someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working across internal teams and external regulatory stakeholders to keep registration activity moving efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit country registration dossiers in line with local regulations.
  • Track submission timelines, approvals, and renewals across multiple international markets.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal teams to resolve registration queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of product registrations, documentation, and compliance updates.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on market access activities.
  • Work with in-country distributors to support registration and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related regulatory field.
  • Experience managing product registrations across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory submission requirements and documentation standards.
  • Experience coordinating effectively with regulatory authorities and cross-functional internal teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Eligibility to work in Malta.
  • Experience compiling document dossiers in a legal or regulatory context is a plus.
  • Experience with medical devices or food supplements is a plus.
