Your Opportunity

Be the first point of contact for clients and help them access mental health or community based supports for their children by guiding them through support options and referral paperwork. This role allows you to use your strong administration skills while making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-office experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and assist with scheduling for program activities.
  • Maintain reception area and ensure resources and information for clients are up to date.
  • Prepare and process documentation including meeting minutes, invoices, correspondence, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external agencies regarding referrals, information, and enquiries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record management to support program operations.

Requirements for Success

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps
  • Ideally, experience with accounts processing.
  • Proven experience in an administration role.
  • Superior organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team/multi-disciplinary environment
