Cibaria Manly is a vibrant beachside Italian restaurant that celebrates the very best of Italian food, wine and hospitality. Our menu showcases a diverse collection of Italian "rias", featuring antipasti, salumeria, spaghetteria, bisteccheria, forneria, cruderia, friggitoria, gelateria, handcrafted pizzettas, cocktails, vino and more.

Located directly opposite Manly Beach, Cibaria offers a premium dining experience in one of Sydney's most iconic beachside locations. About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pizzaiolo who takes pride in crafting exceptional pizzettas using premium ingredients and traditional Italian techniques. Working as part of our experienced kitchen brigade, you will play an important role in delivering consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a casual position, with the opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook high-quality pizzettas to company standards
  • Produce, ferment, portion and manage pizza dough using traditional methods
  • Stretch, top and bake pizzettas consistently during service
  • Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation
  • Monitor food quality, stock rotation and minimise waste
  • Support menu development and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service
  • Follow all food safety, WHS and hygiene procedures

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Pizzaiolo
  • Proven experience preparing and managing pizza dough from scratch
  • Experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • Passion for authentic Italian cuisine
