Casa Nova Italian Restaurant and Bar is looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional casual bartender to join our team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can deliver great service with a positive attitude. This role is ideal for someone with bar experience who is confident, well-presented, and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests.
  • Take and process drink orders accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar.
  • Follow all RSA, hygiene, and safety requirements.
  • Work closely with floor staff and kitchen team.
  • Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions when required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff preferred.
  • Valid RSA certificate.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy service periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed.
  • Able to work in a team and under pressure.
