Nonna San is a modern Italian-Japanese restaurant where the warmth of traditional Italian home cooking meets the refined elegance of Japanese cuisine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Serve drinks efficiently across multiple bars, including beer, wine, cocktails, and spirits
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to detail
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests or servers.
  • Set up and clean tables before and after service
  • Manage bar setup, stock rotation, restocking, and closing procedures
  • Handle payments and process transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
