Deluxe new suburban Sydney cocktail bar is seeking that rare breed of bartender who can combine encyclopedic product knowledge with authentic heartfelt service.

Ultimately, we want someone who can teach a colourful history lesson while entertaining a crowd with a flaming blue blazer and leave them raving to their mates the next day about the experience.

Big ask we know…

Sarino’s Restaurant & Cocktail Bar is the latest and most stylish project to date from the acclaimed Momento Hospitality Group, bringing modern Italian cuisine and curated cocktails to the doorstep of Sydney’s North West.

The on-site distillery will produce our own house-made gin and Italian liqueurs and provide an unlimited palate for those bartenders looking to take the next step into the intricacies of maceration and infusing spirits.

This role is for you if you…

  • have a passion for alchemy and using this to delight your guests
  • are a hospitalitarian looking to build your knowledge and career with a growing group
  • live, or can easily access the North West area of Sydney

This role is not for you if you…

  • aren’t prepared to pull out all stops to make people feel special
  • still have something to prove in the city bar scene
  • have not read at least 6 books on cocktail and product knowledge in the past year
