    • We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the position of Guest Experience Specialist on casual shifts, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-quality restaurant environment.
    • Shifts are available Monday through Saturday (we are closed Sundays and public holidays).
    • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly regarded, but we're also happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
    • Coordinating closely with the restaurant management and floor teams.
    • Having a clear understanding of table numbers and restaurant sections.
    • Preparing and cooking high-quality, authentic Italian pizzas to order.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the pizza preparation area.
    • We’re seeking a chef who has a strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, fresh ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
    • Someone who actually enjoys talking to customers.
    • Barista, wine or cocktail knowledge is a bonus.
    • RSA is an advantage for applicable areas.
    • Previous restaurant/waitstaff experience essential.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • An ideal candidate should hold a minimum of Certificate IV in a culinary field, or equivalent experience as a Cook.
    • Prepare and cook meals as per menu.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant environment.
    • Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
    • Wash, polish and organise glassware.
    • *Barista work including pouring and serving drinks as well as making coffees (RSA essential).
    • FULL TIME, PART TIME, PERMANENT CASUAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

    • Experience with POS systems and restaurant reservations.
    • Previous experience in premium or fine dining restaurants.
