We are on a mission to continue to grow our venues and provide our customers with an exceptional experience every time. So, it's a role where your passion for the industry will really shine and allow you to progress in your career as a Trade Waiter.

We are on the hunt for experienced trade waiters for immediate start in our premium dining venues. Tassis Group venues include Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar & Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, Fosh, Rich and Rare, Longwang, Fatcow, Pompette and Dark Shepherd at the Casino, Stilts and Mulga Bills at the Green Bridge and soon to open Aunty on Wandoo St. Restaurants include the cuisines of Australian Steakhouse, seafood, Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine, and Latin cuisine. Our company aims to provide the ultimate experience for our customers with fantastic service and outstanding food and drinks. Pay rate to be discussed above indication only for full time staff.
