About the Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity awaits! We're looking for top-tier Waitstaff and Runners to deliver a best-in-class dining experience. This is your chance to showcase your expertise in a high-end restaurant, deepen your food and wine knowledge, and grow your hospitality career in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a Waitstaff or Runner in an a-la-carte restaurant
• Ability to confidently carry three plates
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
• Passion for food and wine
• Outstanding time management
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Professional presentation and strong communication
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
• Victorian RSA Certificate
