Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Waitstaff to join our fast-paced restaurant in the heart of Southbank. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, love hospitality, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere our restaurant is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service to all guests
  • Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serving food and drinks in a timely manner
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of our menu, daily specials, and wine list
  • Setting up and clearing tables
  • Managing guest requests and resolving issues professionally
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service

What We're Looking For

  • Previous hospitality experience
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Professional presentation and grooming standards
