Casual | Restaurant Industry Award Level 2

400 Gradi Eastland is looking for experienced and confident Casual Waitstaff to join our front-of-house team.

This role would suit someone with strong floor or bar experience who enjoys busy service, great food, and delivering genuine hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Located in the heart of Eastland’s dining precinct, our venue offers easy access to public transport and parking while being part of a busy, established hospitality destination.

Required

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a floor and/or bar role
  • Must be available for Friday and Saturday shifts
  • Flexibility to work additional weekday shifts as needed
  • RSA certification, or willingness to obtain shortly after starting
  • Do Food Safely and Allergen certificate, or willingness to obtain shortly after starting
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Pay:
Restaurant Industry Award Level 2, plus applicable casual loading, penalties and entitlements.

As Casual Waitstaff, you will support the front-of-house team during service and help create a warm, professional and memorable experience for our guests.

You will assist with table service, guest enquiries, food and beverage delivery, section support, general venue presentation, and maintaining strong service standards throughout each shift.
