The Role

Parc Pavilion is an 800-seat venue in the heart of Cronulla. This expansive venue, spanning two floors, offers a diverse range of dining experiences, including a ground-floor bistro and café, takeaway offer, a first-floor bistro and cocktail bar, an Italian restaurant, and private dining areas, all serviced by two state-of-the-art kitchens.

What is the role?
As a member of our Floor & Bar team, you are the face of our venue so your ability to make people feel welcome and make them smile is paramount to your success.

  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Cleaning, clearing and resetting tables
  • Taking orders and making payments
  • Preparing beverages and cocktails
  • Washing and restocking glassware
  • Managing customers and pre-empting RSA issues
  • Attending to gaming machines and providing payouts
For specialized roles in Gaming and/or Bar & Cocktail experience is required.

What is needed to be successful in this role?
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) – Gaming positions only
  • Current Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gaming (ARCG) – Gaming positions only
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously when required
  • Ability to work a flexible roster
  • Ability to work in a diverse team in a busy environment
  • Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
Please note that you must be available to work on weekends, nights, and public holidays.
