Casual Restaurant All-Rounder | Postino Osteria, Summer Hill

We’re building our team for the busy season!

Postino Osteria is looking for casual Restaurant All-Rounders to join us in Summer Hill. Whether your strengths are waiting tables, running food, mixing drinks or sharing your wine knowledge, we’d love to hear from you.

Postino is all about warm Italian hospitality: generous food, great wine and service that feels personal. As part of Maestro Hospitality, you’ll join a team that cares about its craft, with opportunities to learn and grow across our venues.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome guests and help create a memorable dining experience.
  • Support food and beverage service across the restaurant and bar.
  • Run food, take orders and help the team keep service flowing.
  • Learn the menu and share recommendations with guests.
  • Help set up, maintain and close the venue to a high standard.

What we’re looking for

  • A warm personality, reliability and a genuine interest in hospitality.
  • Confidence working with a team during busy service.
  • A current NSW RSA
  • Prior exeperince with Italian food & beverages
  • Australian working rights
  • As we trade mostly for dinner, availability for evening and weekend shifts are ideal.

Restaurant, bar or wine experience is welcome, but we’re equally interested in people with a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
