About the Role

Gambino is looking for energetic, passionate bartenders to join our growing team.

Our two-level venue combines modern Italian dining with one of Melbourne's largest rooftop destinations, serving premium cocktails, wines and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether it's a busy Friday night, a private function or a relaxed dinner service, you'll be part of creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We're looking for team members who love hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering outstanding service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving a range of classic and signature cocktails.
  • Pouring beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
  • Providing friendly, engaging service to every guest.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar.
  • Assisting with stock rotation and restocking throughout service.
  • Processing orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Working closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service.
  • Upholding RSA, food safety and venue standards at all times.

About You

  • Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant or cocktail venue.
  • Passion for cocktails, wine and hospitality.
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
  • Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player.
  • Current Victorian RSA certificate.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
