Hey there! Are you passionate about the hospitality industry and love making guests feel welcome? Do you want to join a fun and professional team?

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience as a section waiter in high end/chefs hat venues is preferred but not essential. You must also have an interest in food and drink, with a desire to learn more.

Our beverage menu features a short punchy cocktail list, Italian varietals from Australia and Italy, including both classic styles and modern natural wines. As a member of our team, you'll get to participate in internal and external wine tastings and training have a minimum of two set days off in a row (plus closed public holidays and Christmas/NYE break), receive strong weekly tips, and even go on team days out to visit suppliers. Plus, you'll be part of a friendly and respectful team culture.
