Full job description

We are looking for energetic, reliable, customer-focused part-time staff (20-30hrs per week) to join our team at our new Italian-style restaurant opening in November.

Your day to day duties will be:

  • greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu and specials
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using our POS system
  • Preparation of food
  • Deliver food and drinks with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Clear, wipe down, and reset tables quickly during peak service
  • Handle cash and card transactions smoothly
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining room

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe, bar, or restaurant is a big plus although a great attitude matters as training will be provided
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate for Victoria is a definite requirement
  • Availabilty: Flexibility to work days or evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Vibe: a team player who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and loves making people feel at home
