We’re hiring at Roccella

Looking for passionate, professional wait staff who love great food, genuine hospitality, and working in a fast-paced Italian restaurant.

If you bring the energy and the smile, we’ll bring the team and the growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in a busy restaurant

  • Confident managing your own section

  • Strong food and beverage knowledge

  • Friendly, professional and comfortable talking with guests

  • Able to work efficiently during busy services

  • Reliable and a good team player

  • Available across weekdays and weekends

  • Current RSA

Experience in Italian restaurants, premium casual dining or high-volume venues is highly regarded.
