We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the position of Guest Experience Specialist on casual shifts, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Collaborate with fellow hospitality team members to uphold high standards of service quality.
  • Efficiently manage booking allocations, escort guests to their seats, and handle payment transactions.
  • Address customer queries and offer knowledgeable advice to enhance their dining experience.
