We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Waiters and Bartenders to join our well-established restaurant.

The Opportunity

We are seeking both experienced waitstaff and bartenders who can contribute positively to our team and help deliver a consistently high standard of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver food and drinks while maintaining service standards
• Prepare and serve beverages, cocktails, beer, wine, and coffee (bartenders)
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and bar areas
• Assist with venue setup and pack down
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and floor staff
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with RSA requirements and venue procedures
• Contribute to a positive team environment and guest experience

About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous hospitality experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or similar venue
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent personal presentation and professionalism
• Strong teamwork skills and reliability
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Bartender applicants should have experience preparing and serving alcoholic beverages

Requirements

Applicants must be Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or hold unrestricted full working rights in Australia.

We are unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship or with restricted working rights.

A current RSA certificate is required.
