About the role

  • Provide exceptional guest service; menu recommendations, processing orders and payments accurately and delivering food & drinks promptly
  • Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service including addressing guest needs & concerns

About you

  • Passion for People: customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Communication Skills: outgoing, bubbly & enthusiastic personality with great customer service and communication skills

  • Experience: at least 1 year previous hands-on experience in a similar role with a basic understanding of POS ordering systems and a valid RSA

  • Flexibility: availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
