Italian Street Kitchen is a contemporary and fast-casual dining restaurant that pays homage to the lively eateries of Italy’s side streets. It is a place where family and friends catch up over a classic Italian cocktail, fresh pasta or a traditional woodfired pizza.

We are located in the heart of Penrith and are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our family.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience in maintaining budgets and an understanding of financials, including profit & loss
  • Ability to work inline with company objectives and achieve KPI's
  • Exceptional communication skills with guests, staff and suppliers
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and eagerness to develop themselves and others
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Managing workload and following company procedures to increase productivity and ensure effective operations of the restaurant
  • Coordinating with the team to meet targets and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Monitoring and managing guest feedback
  • Maintaining and modelling excellent standards
